Spread across large grounds, the property seamlessly blends outdoor and indoor living. Featuring exquisitely tiled outdoor showers, a sumptuous outdoor bathtub tucked away in a private part of the garden, and a large open-plan living space that opens onto the property’s private pool.
With two spacious bedroom suites, the property is perfect for families and couples looking to enjoy the serenity and seclusion of a beachfront bungalow in one of the most scenic parts of coastal Peru.

All of this makes for first-class service in a first-class setting, a wonderful way to spend those precious vacation moments whilst traveling with Aracari.
This private villa in Mancora comfortably sleeps 4 adults (or children over the ages of 14)
The entrance to Casa Tierra is via a security-coded gate that opens into the large front garden. From here, guests will walk through the shaded greenery to arrive at the front door of the property.
Entering a large spacious hallway, complete with unique, locally crafted artwork – guests will feel immediately relaxed as they step over the threshold and into the whitewashed walls of Casa Tierra. A favorite feature is the floorplan of Casa Tierra, which has been carefully thought-out to seamlessly blend the inside of the property with its incredible exterior surroundings.
The large open-plan kitchen and living room is tastefully decorated featured straw-colored drapes, stone flooring, rattan lanterns, and rustic furniture, all of which contribute to the beachfront aesthetic. It’s here that guests will catch their first of the exceptional views. Floor-to-ceiling glass veranda doors offer unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and provide access to Casa Tierra’s private decking.
With a private pool, parasols, an outdoor dining table, and sumptuous sun loungers, this timber-clad terrace is the perfect place to soak up the hot Mancora sun. And by night, gaze at the unpolluted sky, decorated with thousands of stars and constellations.
Leading down from the decking, steps will take guests directly down to the beach via a private gateway. On this secluded section of sand, Casa Tierra guests will find their own hammocks and beach beds.
Back indoors, there are two large bedrooms. Here too, the interior design is carefully matched with the villa’s breath-taking surroundings. King size beds feature bamboo headboards and are dressed in luxury linens, whilst the charming bedside tables are made from locally sourced driftwood.
Each room is also equipped with its own bathroom, featuring a beautifully tiled outdoor shower, as well as a large outdoor bathtub positioned carefully amongst the greenery, in the most private part of the garden.

The Services
Guests at Casa Tierra will enjoy exceptional service throughout their stay at this luxury villa in Mancora. The property’s private chef will be at the villa each day between 8 am and 6 pm to prepare delicious meals, using fresh Peruvian ingredients – alongside cocktail classics such as the Pisco Sour.
The food at Casa Tierra is centered around local produce. Seafood such as lobster and shrimp are sourced from the local fishermen who can even be seen out at sea from the property’s veranda. Samuel will also create meat dishes, sourcing the cuts from the local market and cooking them on a bonfire made in the sand in front of the villa. Plus, thanks to the property’s close ties with Hotel Kichic, Samuel can also arrange dishes from the hotel’s award-winning restaurants to be brought directly to the Casa Tierra.
As well as these catering services, guests can join daily yoga classes at Hotel Kichic, or during private practices arranged at the villa, for an additional cost payable directly to the instructor. Massage therapists are available for a range of wellness treatments too.
Casa Tierra will be cleaned daily, with towels and the luxury bedding changed regularly. A security guard is also stationed outside of the villa each night. And there is a good Wi-Fi connection throughout the property, as well as onsite parking, satellite TV, and air conditioning in each of the main rooms.
Alongside the experienced Casa Tierra team, Aracari guests will also have access to a 24-hour English-speaking concierge, who will be available to fulfill any requests or answer any questions. Plus, should guests want to bring their own staff with them – there is one maid’s room and bathroom on site.
