Hi, I’m Marisol Mosquera, the founder of Aracari Travel. For the past 25 years, I’ve been pioneering sustainable and extraordinary travel experiences in Peru and South America, and I’m proud to say that Aracari has become the benchmark for luxury travel in the region.
Born to Peruvian parents and educated in Europe and the USA, my love for adventure, art, and culture led me to create Aracari after working as an investment banker in London.
I’m proud and delighted to have been recognized as Condé Nast Traveler’s Top Travel Specialist for Peru and Bolivia, and selected by Travel + Leisure as its A-List specialist. Among my favorite travel experiences have been a recent exploration of the island of Socotra and of course Italy is always a favorite. But Peru never ceases to amaze me.
